With the first level of sanskrit students will learn how to read the Sanskrit alphabet and many words in devanaagari script related with yoga asanas, yoga sutras and mantra. The practice of mantra (yoga through sound, vibrations of ancient mantras of the Vedic tradition) leads to the connection between man and his deepest essence. Devanaagari alphabet is a syllabic script used in many Indian languages (Sanskrit, Hindi, Nepali etc.). After the first level, the student will be able to read all the text in Sanskrit as well. The second level is devoted to Sanskrit grammar and syntax.

Om. We adore the third eye. You are sweet gladness, the fragrance of life, who nourishes us, restores our health, and causes us to thrive. Deliver us from the obstacles in life, from unhealthy attachments and so free us from death, and not deny us immortality.

Gayatri Mantra (the mother of the Vedas), the most important mantra in Hinduism and Hindu beliefs, inspires wisdom. Its meaning is: may the Almighty God illuminate our intellect to lead us along the right path. The mantra is a prayer for "the creator of light and life" - the sun (savitur).
